Wicklow weather issue weather alert

Wicklow weather have issued the following weather alert.

WEATHER ALERT: Monday 2100hrs - Tuesday Midday. Leinster. (Rainfall & Gales)

WEATHER WATCH: TUESDAY PM to SUNDAY. Prolonged rainfall & high Winds.
Eastern counties of Leinster will see heavy rain cross the province after dark tonight.

Rainfall amounts will vary with amounts of up to 30mm overnight.

Winds are expected to reach storm form on the Irish Sea with winds speeds of up to 80kmh. Flooding could be a possibility as we approach mid week. The chances of flooding is increased due to blocked drainage systems due to leaf fall. .
