New Beginnings Wellness Centre (formerly Healthconscious Wicklow) has relocated to Hopkins Hill due to the recent fire above its old premises.
New Beginnings is simply that a new start for all. We are a Weight Loss & Sports Nutrition Centre and provide people with solutions to their weight, energy, sport and nutritional needs.

We do one-to-one consultations with our clients and all is totally confidential - we also do group meetings and are starting a walking group on a Wednesday morning for those interested call into the Centre for details.
We do sample parties also for those who want to do a challenge among friends - these are great fun and great motivation for those who like a bit of healthy competition.
