New 3rd mechanic at Wicklow RNLI
Tommy Murphy a volunteer crew member of Wicklow RNLI Lifeboat Station has been appointed 3rd Mechanic.
Operations Manager Des Davitt said 'like all Wicklow lifeboat crew over the last 150 years Tommy Murphy has shown huge dedication to the RNLI and to his local community.
Over the past 2 years he has put in a huge amount of time and effort and the RNLI has
rewarded this effort by promoting him to the position of 3rd Mechanic. On behalf of all at the Station.I congratulate him and welcome his appointment as Boats Officer.'
