Thousands attend Bray Air Spectacular
More than 80,000 people turned out on Bray's sea front for the annual air spectacular on Sunday.
The show featured civil and Irish military aircraft as well as aerial acrobatics teams.
Aer Lingus, the Air Corps, the Coastguard and army parachutists were all taking part.
The event kicked off this afternoon with an aerial marriage proposal, 32 year old Liz Donohue from Shankill in Dublin popped the question to Damien Murphy by getting one of the tow planes to fly by in the air with an 80 foot message with the words, Yum, will you marry me?
As it is a leap year and Liz wanted to pop the question in a memorable way, apparently that's her nickname for Damien and he instantly said YES.
Damien happily accepted the proposal and embraced his now wife-to-be.
