Break-in at Rathdrum supermarket

Gardai in Rathdrum are investigating a break-in at the local Centra supermarket on Monday morning.
Staff arrived before 5.30 am to find two men already in the shop, the men left the store and made their escape in a car.
It is understood they took a quantity of cigarettes and struck a garda patrol car during their escape, the garda helicopter also has made a search of the area.
It is the third like raid on a business in two weeks following break-ins at stores in Tinahely and Aughrim.
