Motorists warned as winter conditions kick-in

Motorists around the county are being warned to drive with caution as heavy rain and wind batter the county, a gale warning was issued for today.

Gales or strong gales at times overnight and during Tuesday on all Irish Coastal Waters and on the Irish Sea, from between westerly and northeasterly in direction.
